TJ Sweet

I grew up in St. Louis, surrounded by the love and support of my tightly knit family including my parents and two sisters. My twenties brought about some tough challenges, including heartbreak and a deep sense of purposelessness that led to a struggle with depression and anxiety. However, I was determined to learn and grow from these experiences and transform them into opportunities for personal growth.

Through this journey over the last decade, I discovered the power of gratitude, which transformed my mindset and inspired me to pursue leadership studies, goal setting strategies, mindset training, and habits that promote positivity and optimism.

With a bachelor’s degree in science and a master’s degree in leadership, I’ve dedicated over two decades of my life to healthcare leadership. It’s my passion to help individuals live lives filled with purpose and value, and I’m honored to have enriched the lives of thousands of people around the world as an author, podcast host, life coach, thought leader, and motivational speaker.

My passion for leadership extends beyond my professional career. I’ve worked with organizations and individuals from all walks of life, helping them overcome their self-limiting beliefs, find purpose, and achieve their full potential. I’m especially proud of my training with the Neuroleadership Institute out of New York, where I learned how to leverage the latest neuroscience to help people master their minds and achieve their goals.

Ultimately, my mission is to help people from all over the world make impactful positive changes in their lives, careers, and relationships. I firmly believe that by overcoming our self-limiting beliefs, restoring our self-confidence, and cultivating gratitude, we can all achieve fulfillment and purpose. If you’re ready to embark on this journey, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.

“Where do I even begin! Tj has changed my life in more ways than I could ever explain. I did not realize it until one night I was sitting in a “how to change your perspective” workshop. The instructor was asking us if we wanted to share some of our experiences with changing our perspective and gratitude was also a topic that was brought forward, so I decided to share my story….You have changed my life by being you and sharing your passion and purpose. I can’t wait to keep learning from you. I am grateful for you & truly adore you!
